Return and exchange:

Little imperfections are very common in handwoven products
We can give you an exchange if the product has any defect in the weaving
As most of our collection is limited edition we will not be able provide the product in same colour immediately given 45 days of time same product can be weaved again subject to availability of looms
Any defect found should be informed within 48 hours of receiving the product
We accept return and exchange within 15 days of product delivery date with the product in proper condition and the price tag
