What is your return and exchange policy?

Little imperfections are very common in handwoven products
We can give you an exchange if the product has any defect in the weaving.


As most of our collection is limited edition we will not be able provide the product in same colour immediately given 45 days of time same product can be weaved again subject to availability of looms
Any defect found should be informed within 48 hours of receiving the product.


We accept return and exchange within 15 days of product delivery date with the product in proper condition and the price tag.

We have our own looms on which we weave the designs customised for our label
We work with master weavers to create our masterpieces

Sometime 1 design with 4to5 colours
We use pure silk and pure zari in our kanchi pattu sarees
